Enter Hotel Address

In the shipping address, enter your hotel name and address. We recommend writing
"c/o [Your Hotel Name]" with your name. Most hotels accept packages for guests.

Receive at Front Desk

Delivery via Yamato Transport (Kuroneko) within 1-3 business days. Show your passport / ID at the front desk to receive your package.

Customs
The product is shipped within Japan only. We do not currently support international shipping outside Japan. If you wish to bring the product home, please carry it in your luggage at check-out.
Hotel Notice
We recommend informing your hotel in advance that a package will arrive for you. Some hotels charge a small handling fee for receiving packages.
Pickup Option
If you happen to be in Osaka, you can also pick up directly at our office (Fukushima-ku, Osaka). Please contact us in advance to arrange a time.
Returns
Due to the food product nature, we cannot accept returns of opened products. Defective items will be replaced free of charge — please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
